House Cleaning
Rates are quoted per size of home and number of team members needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Typically teams sizes are 1 to 3 people. We reserve the exclusive right to select the team size based on the cleaning job, schedule and staffing requirements for that day. The team size DOES NOT affect the overall cost as we prorate the billing time and obviously a larger team works faster.
Commerical Cleaning
While costs will vary based on all the factors listed above, the following typical costs are averaged from multiple janitorial and office cleaning services:

$30 to $40 per hour per visit to a small office to empty the trash, light vacuuming and dusting each visit

Price increases to between $40 and $55 per hour per visit if the facility hosts one or two small bathrooms.

Larger offices (2100 square feet and larger) will incur charges per square foot.
We bring all cleaning supplies as well, unless clients specifies certain cleaning supplies , at which time they shall supply.
